Alison Morgan

Alison Morgan provides technical support in the area of maternal and newborn health for the Global Financing Facility, based at the World Bank. Prior to joining the GFF Alison was an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne, Australia where she led the Maternal, Sexual & Reproductive Health Unit at the Nossal Institute for Global Health. She has 30 years’ experience in global health research and development practice with a focus on maternal and newborn health quality and metrics, health systems strengthening and capacity development of health workers. Alison was a co-chair of MoNITOR between 2016-2020.
