Coralie Colson-Schack
Biography
In her current role at WHO, Ms Colson-Schack is in charge of investigations concerning prohibited workplace conduct, including sexual misconduct; workplace harassment, discrimination, abuse of authority; and retaliation.
Ms Colson-Schack has been working in the UN system for over 20 years. She began her career as a lawyer in the UN International Criminal Tribunals (Former Yugoslavia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone) and then joined the World Bank Group as an Investigator for three years. She then spent nearly 10 years as a Senior Investigator for UNHCR before heading the Investigation Unit at the International Telecommunication Union in early 2022.
Ms Colson-Schack has mainly focused her investigative experience on sexual exploitation, abuse (SEA) and harassment (SEAH) cases, and lead the development of SEA policies and practices at UNHCR and ITU.
