Deborah Gbajumo

As Senior Investigator, Mrs Gbajumo’s functions include managing investigations into sexual misconduct allegations and providing guidance on sexual misconduct issues at WHO.

She has 32 years of experience in conducting and managing investigations, including 15 years with a national police force and the United Nations’s police in criminal investigations of serious crimes.

She holds degrees in accounting, forensic psychology and criminal investigations, and a master degree in anti-corruption compliance and collections actions.

For her, the personnel and partners of WHO have a right to a workplace free of sexual misconduct and can be agents of change by refusing to condone sexual misconduct and building a culture of zero tolerance against it.
