Bela Ganatra

Dr. Bela Ganatra is a scientist at the Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Research (SRH). She is an MD and a behavioural scientist with several decades of community and health system research as well as policy experience in reproductive health, maternal health and unsafe abortion both in her native India and globally. Her work at WHO includes the development of evidence based guidelines, global estimates on abortion safety, abortion stigma and implementation research around task shifting.
