Biography

Dr Nuhu Yaqub Jr joined the department in 2021 as a Medical Officer. His work is focused policy, programme and guidance development and implementation support for improved quality of maternal and child health services, and health systems strengthening support to countries. Prior to this he had worked in Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Tanzania, and the WHO Regional office for Africa.
