Sarah Keogh
Biography
Sarah Keogh, PhD, is a consultant working in the Department for Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health and Ageing at the World Health Organization.
She has over 15 years' experience conducting research on sexual and reproductive health in low- and middle-income countries, with a focus in the past 7 years on adolescent health and sexuality education. She has technical expertise in multi-country quantitative data collection and analysis, measurement, evaluation research, and qualitative methods. Sarah currently supports engagement with countries participating in the GAMA feasibility study and is also involved in work to develop an approach to measuring adolescent well-being.
She holds a MSc (’06) and PhD (’10) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
