Mr Etienney is a former French Police Investigator. He holds several degrees in law and forensics, and has over 23 years of experience in managing investigations and technical support to investigations.

His daily goal is to lead and organize the support that the investigation team needs to maximize their impact on WHO’s culture and accountability.
