Pius Okong

Dr Pius Okong is the Chairperson of Health Service Commission Uganda. He is also the Honorary professor of Uganda Martyrs University and Honorary Associate Professor Uganda Christian University. His research interests are Human resources for Health, Maternal and New-born Health.

He has expertise in SRH &R; EMONC; Health workforce training; Cervical Cancer and Women’s Health; working in Uganda and consulting in AFRO region. He is proficient in English and is based in Kampala, Uganda with his family.
