Siobhan Fitzpatrick

Ms Siobhan Fitzpatrick joined WHO in 2018 and is currently Technical Officer in the Health Policies and Standards team. In this role, she oversees the Global Competency Framework for UHC and Health Workforce data in the UHC Compendium.

Siobhan Fitzpatrick earned her Master's of Public Policy from King’s College London in 2007.

She joined WHO from the World Federation for Medical Education and previously the Medical Schools Council, Dental Schools Council and Association of UK University Hospitals in the UK.

Her work has maintained a focus on ensuring quality in health worker education and health services, through accreditation; course design and development; assessment; student selection and recruitment; faculty development; and HR and financing of human resources for health.
