Around the world more than 3 billion people are staying home to protect their health and that of their families and communities. WHO has launched the #HealthyAtHome challenge to promote the different ways you can look after your physical and mental health during these challenging times.

Let us know what you are doing to look after your physical and mental health.

This could include eating healthily, giving up unhealthy habits like smoking, doing yoga or an online workout, going for a walk or run (if permitted by your local authorities), meditating or playing a game.
