World Mental Health Day 2019
10 October 2019
Creating a caring society together
Tens of millions of people live with common mental disorders such as depression and anxiety in the Western Pacific Region, including China. Most of them can benefit from the support of people around them.
According to recent research, people experiencing depression often turn first to friends or family before seeking formal care. We can all make a difference by listening and providing support to the people around us who may be experiencing mental distress.
