Definition:
Number of cases of visceral leishmaniasis reported. From 2013 and onwards, this number reflects the number of autochthonous cases of visceral leishmaniasis (i.e., the number of cases of visceral leishmaniasis who get infected in the country), as the number of imported cases of visceral leishmaniasis (i.e. the number of cases of visceral leishmaniasis who get infected in another country) has been reported separately in the GHO since 2013.
