Primary Health Care Country Vignettes
The “Country vignettes” series is a dynamic collection of publications highlighting the transformation of primary health care (PHC) in the WHO European Region.
Each vignette is a country-specific, pragmatic and action-oriented document, guiding you through:
- the motivation and context that have inspired the chain of actions;
- the transformational instruments and policies that have catalysed the change;
- early achievements that serve as evidence of a transformative path;
- sustainability prospects and next steps for continued growth;
- lessons learned offering guidance for other countries facing similar challenges.
The objective of the country vignettes is to inspire action by enabling cross-country exchange of experiences. We continuously follow countries and their PHC transformation to spotlight more country cases to strengthen PHC and drive meaningful change.
