Youth and early career professionals constitute approximately one third of the total health and care workforce and will be a growing share in the future. Making careers attractive, with appropriate remuneration and free from discrimination, bias and harassment will support the scale up education and jobs. This roundtable will consider what actions can address student debt, decent working conditions, career opportunities, and how governments can engage youth and early career professionals in policy dialogue and decision making.
