At Women Deliver 2023, the Health Workforce department will deliver a concurrent session on Fighting the gender pay gap in the health and care sector. Dr Michelle McIsaac, co-author of the seminal 2022 report on this topic, will present data and insights impacting the sector, in which globally two in three (67 per cent) workers are women.
