CureAll implementation advancing toward UHC realization and bridging survival gap in childhood cancer

Objectives:
The aim of the event is to generate political support to elevate childhood cancer into the governing bodies of WHO and other related intergovernmental fora. In that regard, the purpose is to:
- to promote more equitable cancer policies and to accelerate the implementation of the WHO Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer;
- to strengthen children, adolescents, and young adults' health, considering its complexity and diversity, by effectively addressing current challenges and activating a global network and effort to bridge the gaps;
- to discuss the role of the non-State actors including engagement strategies to amplify the voice of the affected population, in line with WHO’s campaign and framework, and by partnering with states in strengthening social and health systems to deliver essential services for all children, including their families, and covering the most vulnerable;
- to activate stakeholders around the shared target of improving survival for children with cancer and the general health of children and their families in all regions through united action
- to discuss the need for a global resolution on children, adolescents, and young adults living with cancer and other rare and vulnerable/marginalized conditions during childhood.
