Learning 4 Impact 2025 aims to build upon, bridge to, and recognize the evidence-based learning that has been tested and proven successful with learning audiences in the establishment of holistic learning programmes. The WHO Academy and the WHO Country Readiness Strengthening Department will bring together learning as well as subject matter experts involved in the design of learning to guide meeting stakeholders who will work collectively on two key topics – International Health Regulations and Community Protection.
Why Attend?
Traditional delivery models such as classroom teaching reduce the number of people who can access training, and, in many areas, they also limit the quality of learning. To accelerate the development of a skilled healthcare workforce and resilient communities, health workers and community partners need access to efficient and evidence-based lifelong learning methods and greater ownership and engagement with their own learning. This series of virtual workshops aims to deliver holistic learning programmes that address post-pandemic challenges specifically for health and care workers in low- and middle-income countries.
Highlights
- Presentations from learning designs experts at the WHO Academy and Learning and Capacity Development Unit of the WHO Country Readiness Strengthening Department on different learning modalities.
- Interactive sessions to gather insights and brainstorm ideas and solutions.
