The World Health Organization in collaboration with the University of Dodoma (UDOM), Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS), and the Institute of Social Work are conducting behavioural insights research to investigate the barriers and enablers to uptake and retention faced by parents and caregivers in Tanzania.
An inception meeting was held on 18 February 2025 at the JK Convention Centre in Dodoma to kick off the research and was attended by the programme providers and Ministries of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Groups (MoCDGWSG), Health (MoH) and the President's Office, Regional Administration and Local Government (PO - RALG).
