The session is organized by the French Interministerial Working Group on Illegal Meat Trade. Dr. Anne-Lise Chaber, Learning Specialist (One Health Flagship), WHO Academy, will present recent findings from a scientific study conducted at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport that investigated the illegal imports of meat products in travelers' luggage. She will also highlight the potential threats posed by such practices to public health and biodiversity.
