Peace on Purpose - Mindfulness Workshops September - November 2025

9 – 10 October 2025
Virtual Zoom Webinar

What to expect

The Explorations Series will take place over three months, consisting of one 75-minute webinar each month starting in September, offered in English, Spanish, French and Arabic.

Workshop 1: Self-Inquiry

We will explore how our emotional states influence our decision-making and behavior as we move through various layers of awareness, starting with awareness of ourselves and then cascading out to others and our surrounding environments.

Workshop 2: Mindful Movement

We will explore how embodied movement is a critical element of self-care, resilience and wellbeing, and how to implement this practice into our daily lives.

Workshop 3: Community Inquiry

We will explore how we identify ourselves and how this identification impacts how we show up in our lives, how we perceive and are perceived by others as well as our life experiences within the systems and structures in which we live.

Who can attend

As with all Peace on Purpose programs, the Explorations Series is offered free of cost to all United Nations personnel.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or a lifelong student, mindfulness practices meet us where we are at. These practices are referred to as “inner work,” and they build an important foundation for resilience and self-compassion, which can propel us to fully serve others with care and empathy.

This work is simple, but not easy. We hope you will join us on this journey.

The complete dates, times and registration links can be found below. Please note that the workshops are meant to be attended as a series, as the concepts build over time. However, if you are unable to attend the full series, we still encourage you to attend the workshops that fit your schedule. Registration is required and will only take a moment of your time. We hope that many of you will participate.
