HRH Leadership Hub of the Global Health Workforce Network is now operational

The HRH leadership hub the Global Health Workforce Network is now operational. The leadership hub will advise WHO in the conceptualization, peer review and quality assurance of a curriculum and course materials on HRH leadership and management. The curriculum is being developed by a consortium led by the Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (Lisbon, Portugal), which comprises also the University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, the Univ. of Western Cape in South Africa, and Semmelweiss University in Hungary; this consortium was selected through a competitive RFP.
