The Coalition of Interested Parties (CIP) Network convened the second Support Plan Development meeting on the 12 April 2024. The objectives of the meeting were to discuss and determine the CIP Network Support Plan for 2024, announce the four new members of the Network (Duke-NUS CoRE, International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISoP), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and provide an update on action items identified during the 2nd Annual Global Steering Group (GSG) meeting (November 2023). The meeting was attended by over 60 participants, including representation by 24 of the 29 CIP Network member organisations and 4 of the 6 WHO Regional Offices.
Recommendations were agreed for the next steps of coordination activities in the context of the CIP Network and the implementation of the CIP Network Support Plan for 2024.
