Overview
Since 1995, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) have worked to improve the safety and efficiency of pesticide application methods and equipment aimed at reducing the associated risks in the framework of sustainable agriculture, integrated pest management, public health use and integrated vector management (IVM). In 2001, FAO issued the Guidelines on Good Practice for Aerial Application of Pesticides. This present version, developed by FAO and WHO, covers new developments in aerial application of pesticides since 2001.Editors
