As mpox mortality has been associated to HIV infection, and its mode of transmission is direct contact, including sexual contact, it is important to integrate mpox to sexually transmitted infections services. This is a template of standard operating procedures for the integration of HIV and syphilis testing services as part of mpox response, that countries can adapt to their context.
