Audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.

Like most years, 2024 was a year of significant milestones and challenges for WHO. After achieving record performances in recent years on programme implementation, the Organization has adjusted to the post COVID-19 context. In 2024, WHO spent US$ 3.763 billion delivering programmes, higher than the revenue of US$ 3.172 billion, by using contributions received previously for delivery in the current year. This high performance came through our work on the ground to improve health outcomes.
