Working for Health Multi-Partner Trust Fund Annual Report 2021

Overview

In 2021, Working for Health operated in 12 countries and provided support to two regional economic areas – the Southern African Development Community and West African Economic and Monetary Union; and established key global public goods. These included the International Platform on Health Worker Mobility, the Inter-Agency Data Exchange platform, an approach for anticipating skill needs in the health workforce, and a methodology for measuring employment impact. W4H has contributed to universal health coverage and to Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 5 and 8, through multisectoral interventions to expand and transform health workforce education, skills and jobs.
