Report of the WHO Expert Advisory Group on the Relevance and Effectiveness of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel

In response to decision WHA68(11) (2015) and following the process set forth for consideration by the Seventy-second World Health Assembly, the Director-General convened an Expert Advisory Group to conduct the second review of relevance and effectiveness of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. 

On this, the tenth anniversary of the Code’s adoption, the Director-General has the honour to transmit to the Seventy-third World Health Assembly the report of the Expert Advisory Group.
