Country-specific template for a national One Health action plan

Overview

This template for a national One Health action plan is an annex to the Guide implementing the One Health Joint Plan of Action (OH JPA). It is meant to be used by countries to facilitate the development of a national One Health action plan during stage 3 "Planning for implementation" for implementation of One Health at national level. Under the guidance of their respective national One Health MCMs, countries should ensure that the stages as outlined in the OH JPA Guide have been reviewed and followed before using this template to prepare a national One Health action plan. The findings from the activities under these stages should be outlined in this national One Health action plan, with prioritized activities and responsible stakeholder group(s) identified, which links OH JPA action tracks to the three pathways of change in consultation with existing relevant national action plans, frameworks, and strategies related to One Health.
