Overview

Working for Health: Optimize, build and strengthen the health and care workforce is a non-technical brochure that gives an overview of the Working for Health Multi-Partner Trust Fund. The programme was established in 2018 which harness the combined expertise of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and World Health Organization (WHO).

The brochure explains how Working for Health works, its country-level achievements and highlights, its regional achievement on enabling the development and implementation of health workforce investment plans as well as application of key global products that underpin its analytical and policy work at country level through Interagency Data Exchange Platform (IADEx), International Platform on Health Worker Mobility and Research and guidance tools ok key workforce topics (e.g. skills and employment).
