The National Action Plan and Monitoring and Evaluation unit supports Member States to develop, implement, and monitor their multisectoral national action plans on AMR, and to report on global progress in addressing AMR by monitoring relevant national, SDG and WHO GPW13 indicators. This includes:
- Managing the online Community of Practice, where a global network of members can exchange information, lessons learned, and best practices
- Providing guidance to countries on costing, implementing and monitoring their multisectoral national action plans
- Tracking national-level progress by administering and publishing the results of the annual Tripartite AMR Country Self-Assessment Survey (TrACSS)
- Tracking global progress by collecting and reporting on AMR indicators from the Tripartite Global M&E Framework; GPW13 and SDG 3.d.2
