Introducing the MEL manual
In accordance with WHO principles and requirements for evaluation, and the WHO Strategic Communications Framework, this manual provides detailed guidelines, templates, and tools to “translate” measurement, evaluation and learning (MEL) in relation to communication “into action”.
The purpose of the manual is to provide a practical tool for communicators to assess the effectiveness of WHO communications in demonstrating health policy leadership, showcasing WHO’s impact on health at country level and providing the world’s prime source of health information.
