Multisectoral Partnerships for Environment & Health (MPE)
The MPE programme provides secretariat functions to multisectoral policy platforms such as the WHO European Environment and Health Process and the WHO/UNECE Transport, Health and Environment Pan-European Programme, and promotes coordination and cooperation between these platforms and relevant multilateral environmental agreements. MPE also promotes WHO/Europe’s work on environment and health as well as new and existing partnerships that help to improve environmental health.
