Toolkit and content repository for digital client-facing platforms: family planning

Overview
Digital tools have been recognized as one approach to expand access to family planning information and services. However, poor-quality content and misinformation are prevalent challenges on digital platforms, which can undermine trust in health systems and lead to poor health outcomes.
This resource provides reusable content packages derived from WHO evidence-based guidelines to inform client-facing digital tools for family planning, including short message service (SMS), interactive voice response (IVR), chatbots, mobile apps, and social media.
The toolkit is
accompanied by a content repository organized by key messages and common
myths and misconceptions about contraceptive methods, providing a starting
point of validated and simplified information for implementers and content
creators of digital client-facing platforms.
