Agenda Overview

Together Apart!

The 2021 conference programme was specifically been designed with a virtual experience in mind. This meant shorter but impactful conference days that featured multiple presenters with a dynamic format, a myriad of opportunities for attendees to interact with other conference participants and content on their own time.

Each conference day was divided into two, three-hour tracks (Track 1: 9am-12pm / Track 2: 3pm-6pm CET) to facilitate participation across time-zones. A common theme connected the two tracks and new live sessions were facilitated under this theme every day.  This meant that whether participants were attending Track 1 or Track 2, they would have the opportunity to participate in similar sessions but were exposed to different speakers and discussions. If participants were interested in a session outside their time-zone or  were unable to attend for any other reason, recordings of all sessions were made available on the conference platform within a few hours for on-demand viewing. As with our physical events, all content and all sessions were freely available to all conference participants to ensure unhindered access to the full meeting content to all our invitees.

Outside of the main conference tracks, participants were invited to attend a number of webinars, visit virtual exhibition booths, browse on-demand content and to set up one-on-one or group meetings with other attendees.
